Forgot your password? Don't panic! 🚀
- Go to the login page, enter your email address, and click on "Forgotten password"
- Check your mailbox: You will receive an email that allows you to set a new password. Don’t forget to check your Spam or Promotions folders if necessary, or use the keywords "new password" in your search.
Want to change your password?
Logged in? Great! Go to your settings and scroll down to change your current password.
An error message is blocking you?
Account disabled? If you receive a message that your account has been disabled by your company, it's time to contact your HR team or the department dedicated to remote work/desksharing/coworking. They will be able to clarify the situation.
Another error? No problem, contact us directly, and we will assist you!
And for logging in via Google or Microsoft?
Depending on your company's settings, you may be able to log in via Google or Microsoft. Just click on the desired option during login and follow the on-screen instructions.
