How to get an invoice?

To retrieve your freshly issued invoice:

If you paid for your booking by credit card, an invoice is instantly created upon payment. To download it, nothing could be simpler:

• On a computer: Go to "My bookings", click on the three little dots next to the booking you are interested in, and then click on "Download invoice".

• On a mobile app: Click on the desired booking, then on "Download invoice".

A small clarification: 🔍 This invoice does not show the payment status as it is generated as soon as the booking is confirmed. To get your paid receipt, simply click on "Pay online" then on "Download receipt".

And if the invoice is not addressed to the right entity?

No need to panic! To correct information on an already issued invoice, contact us directly. For future invoices, simply update your profile with the new details.
