Why isn’t my booking confirmed right away?
Some bookings with our partners require manual validation. But don't worry, this detail is always clearly indicated on the workspace page and in the summary before you finalize your request.

What to do if my Booking seems forgotten?
At Worklib, we don’t just sit back and wait! Normally, our hosts are supposed to respond within 24 hours, but if your request remains pending for more than 2 hours, our teams take over. We contact the building by phone and, if there is no response, by email.
And if the silence persists? If, after 48 hours, your booking is still pending, we will be forced to cancel it 😢. You will then be refunded and can book another one of our fabulous workspaces without delay!
A useful reminder: Follow-up emails are sent during the opening hours of our support service, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 12:30 PM and 2 PM to 5:30 PM.
