Can I modify a reservation?
Currently, it is not possible to modify a booking after it has been recorded, whether it has been validated by the building or not. 🔄 If a change is necessary, you will need to cancel your current booking and make a new one. Yes, it's a bit like starting from scratch, but with more experience!
How to cancel a booking?
Canceling a booking is as easy as pie! Go to your "My Bookings" or "Schedule" menu, click on the booking in question, and select "Cancel Booking".
Reminder: Cancellation fees may apply. You can find all the details in the building's policy on their online profile or during the cancellation process. 📜
If you cancel a "On request" booking request before it is confirmed by the building, no worries, you will be fully refunded.
If I am a guest, can I cancel the booking?
Only the person who made the booking can cancel it.
If you are a guest, however, you can cancel your attendance, which will remove you from the list of participants without affecting the booking itself. The booker automatically receives a notification by email.
To say that you will not be attending, use your "My Bookings" or "Schedule" menu, click on the booking, and then select "Cancel My Attendance".
Note: If you have contributed to the payment of the booking and cancel your attendance, you will not be refunded. A refund can only occur if the booker cancels the booking, and this will always depend on the building's cancellation policy. 💸
