What happens if my reservation is cancelled?
An establishment can reject your reservation if they don't have availability to welcome you, or for another exceptional reason. If this is the case, you will receive an email to inform you that your request has been rejected.
To avoid this situation, you can filter your search for workspaces with instant validation:
A building may also need to cancel your reservation for unforeseeable reasons. Similarly, you will receive an email notification.

Send us an email, or reply to the email you received, specifying your needs (location, date, equipment, number of attendees...). We will consult our partners and get back to you with an offer.
I encountered an error during the registration of my reservation. Will I be refunded?
Unfortunately, technical problems can occur and affect your reservation. If an error occurs during your booking, it will not be saved and your payment will be cancelled as well.
If you have been charged but the reservation is rejected or non-existent, contact us. We will proceed with the refund promptly.
When will I be refunded?
If you are an employee of a partner company and have a pre-loaded account, the deducted credits will be automatically credited back to you. You will be able to immediately make a new reservation.
If you paid with a credit card, the amount of the reservation will be automatically refunded to your bank account.
Depending on your bank, the refund may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account. If a refund is requested shortly after the initial payment, it may be processed as a cancellation. In this case, it is credited back without creating any line on your bank statement, as if it never existed.
If you do not see any refund after ten business days and the initial payment still appears on your bank statement, we invite you to contact us, indicating the amount and date of payment (the invoice is a bonus). We can provide you with the acquirer reference number (ARN) to be forwarded to your bank for traceability.
